Civil Litigation

We have experience in general litigation both at Magistrate court and in the High Courts in the Eastern Cape. We have over the years successfully assisted clients in various complex legal matters. We have done this appearing at courts ourselves and in some instances briefing advocates. We have worked with many of the most senior advocates. Some of the matters include actions against the state, some defending the state and in some instances we have acted to some municipalities wherein we successfully applied for interdicts.

Debt Collection

For about ten (10) years our office has been involved in debt collection of various corporates and individuals. We have a dedicated personnel and software systems that enables us to provide clients with expected results. It often happens that there is a need to issue summons in order to get judgment against debtors. With our civil litigation experience, we are able to deliver to clients expectations in that we are able to proceed with any debt collection matters up to the highest courts.

We have dealt with a string of issues relating to the local government legislations. We have in the past assisted municipalities by providing them with opinions on how to resolve some complex issues relating to governance.
